Terms of Service

By accessing or using DVC Points Plus (the "Service") at dvchub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

DVC Points Plus is an independent web application that helps Disney Vacation Club members track point balances, banking deadlines, point charts, contract information, and related membership data. The Service is a personal management tool and is not affiliated with Disney Vacation Club, The Walt Disney Company, or any related entity.

Point chart data, travel period schedules, resort information, and resale valuations provided through the Service are for informational and planning purposes only. Always verify current data with official DVC resources before making booking or financial decisions.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to another person without our consent.

DVC Points Plus offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited to one contract, basic point charts and calculator. Free forever.
• Member ($6.99/month or $59/year): Unlimited contracts, banking alerts, PDF import, CSV export, and AI-powered news.
• Family ($12.99/month or $99/year): All Member features, shared across up to 5 linked accounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download point chart data, resort data, or any content from the Service for redistribution.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Introduce malicious code, spam, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden the Service or its servers.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service or its data without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of point chart data, travel period schedules, resale valuations, or any other content.
• Fitness of the Service for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Point charts, travel period dates, and resale valuations are estimates based on available data. DVC Points Plus is not responsible for booking decisions, financial decisions, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed in the Service. Always verify with Disney Vacation Club directly before booking.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DVC Points Plus and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by DVC Points Plus and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disney, Disney Vacation Club, DVC, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, and all related marks are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. DVC Points Plus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company or Disney Vacation Development, Inc.

Point chart data, resort names, and travel period schedules are factual information derived from publicly available DVC materials. We do not claim copyright over factual DVC membership data.

Contract data, point balances, and other information you enter into the Service remain your property. By entering data, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your personal contract data for any other purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at austin52496@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except as required for legal compliance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Carolina.
